Zero Tolerance Policy

Anything that puts a teen at risk leads to immediate account suspension. We may also involve law enforcement.

Prohibited Activities:

  • • Trying to get around parental controls
  • • Sharing personal contact details with other users
  • • Inappropriate messages or behavior
  • • Posting fake or misleading job listings
  • • Discriminating against anyone for any reason

Enforcement Actions:

  • • Warning and account restriction

Liability and Disclaimers

TeenWorkHub has strong safety measures in place. But there are some things users need to know:

  • • We help connect teens with jobs — we can't guarantee specific outcomes
  • • Users should verify that a job is safe and legitimate before accepting
  • • Parents are ultimately responsible for their teen's safety
  • • Our liability is limited as allowed by law

Our job is to give teens a safe, supervised space to find work — and to give parents the tools to stay in control.

Changes to These Terms

We update these Terms from time to time. This can happen when our services change, laws are updated, or we get community feedback.

When we make important changes, here's what happens:

  • • All users get notified by email and on the platform
  • • Parents get a direct notification for any changes that affect minors
  • • Changes go into effect 30 days after the notification
  • • Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated Terms
