Age Requirements and Parental Consent
Special Protections for Minors
TeenWorkHub is designed specifically for teens aged 13-17 with mandatory parental oversight and consent.
- Teen Users (13-17): Must have verified parental consent before creating an account or applying for any opportunities
- Parent/Guardian: Must actively supervise their teen's platform activities and approve all job applications
- Job Posters: Must be 18+ and undergo background verification to post opportunities for teens
- Under 13: Cannot use this platform under any circumstances
Account Registration and Verification
For Teen Users:
- • Parent/guardian must create and verify the account
- • Valid identification and parental consent documentation required
- • All communications go through parent/guardian initially
- • Account activity is monitored by parent/guardian
For Job Posters:
- • Must be 18+ years old
- • Background check verification required
- • Business license verification (if applicable)
- • Commitment to teen-safe work environment
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- • Post inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe job opportunities
- • Circumvent parental controls or supervision
- • Share personal contact information outside platform messaging
- • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- • Misrepresent age, identity, or qualifications
- • Attempt to meet in person without proper parental approval and safety protocols
Approved Job Types Only:
- • Age-appropriate tasks (tutoring, pet care, yard work, etc.)
- • Safe working environments with adult supervision
- • Compliance with local child labor laws
- • No hazardous or inappropriate work environments

Liability and Disclaimers
While TeenWorkHub implements comprehensive safety measures, users understand that:
- • The platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee job outcomes
- • Users are responsible for verifying job legitimacy and safety
- • Parental supervision remains the primary safety responsibility
- • Platform liability is limited as outlined in applicable law

Changes to These Terms
