Yes. Every adult who posts a job must pass identity verification and a background check. Parents approve every job before their teen can accept it, and you can see all messages, job details, and earnings in real time.

How old does my teen need to be to use TeenWorkHub?

Teens ages 14 to 17 can join TeenWorkHub. Work hours, job types, and conditions are tailored to your teen's age in line with federal and state child labor laws.

Is posting a job on TeenWorkHub really free?

Yes — job posting is completely free during our beta testing period. There are no fees to post or hire right now. Pricing will be introduced after beta ends, and you'll be notified well in advance.
