Every teen on the platform must be approved by a parent or guardian before they can apply to any gig. Parents stay informed and in control throughout.
You must verify your identity before posting a gig. This keeps the platform safe for teens and gives families confidence in who is hiring.
You and the teen agree on pay, tasks and expectations together before any work begins. No surprises — everything is set upfront.
In-app messaging and secure payments are currently in development. For now, families coordinate and handle payment directly after connecting.
