TeenWorkHub is a mission-driven startup building the safest teen employment marketplace in the United States. We connect responsible teens ages 14–19 with verified local job posters — with full parental oversight built into every step.
Every decision we make is guided by one question: does this make teen employment safer and more accessible? We're building something that genuinely matters for families and communities across Wisconsin and beyond.
We're a small, focused team in the pre-launch phase. That means the people who join us now will have an outsized impact on the product, the culture, and the direction of the company. There's real ownership here.
We believe teens who work early develop stronger work ethics, better communication skills, and greater financial literacy. Our platform is designed to give every teen — regardless of background — access to safe, meaningful work experience.
